Hi, I also received the same message. He sent me a Word doc titled "Egypt in Transition". I wonder why they do this and especially why don't they learn to write better emails? I must say that I received a similar message last month... well, it turned out to be a real client and a good one too. Same scam asking for Portuguese translation. Tow requests in about 30-day time. Standard response send in few seconds, faster than one can write it. I wrote back asking for proof of identity, advanced payment. I'll probably never get an answer back. The FBI page says "The IC3 accepts online Internet crime complaints from either the actual victim or from a third party to the complainant." Since we are not the "actual victim" (no actual harm has yet occurred) or a third party, I don't think we qualify for this. The INTERPOL page says "Report a suspected fraud and abusive use of INTERPOL's name or distinctive signs." I don't see the use of INTERPOL's name or "distinctive" signs here. Please don't get me wrong. I really want to report these crooks.
