Lookup options in Pre-translate and statics window are grey-out/locked

Hi guys,

Sorry for the silly question, but I'm struggling with latest version of MemoQ (10.5.5) regarding the Lookup options in Pre-translate and statics window. I see them grey-out/locked and besides that, it doesn't appear the Select TMs and LiveDocs corpora link. So, I cannot use any TM to pre-translate my files ---BTW, ofc I've attached/linked related TMs to the project---.

FYI, I've a new and active "Translator Pro license"...

Do you have any clue about this issue? Is there another option to open the Select TMs and LiveDocs corpora panel? It could be something related to this MemoQ version, but that doesn't have any sense to me.

Any help or suggestions will be truly appreciated!
