I am very much concerned. Should I enclose a Release of Liability to my translation?

Dear Patricia,
Here's what happened: The client not only expressed his gratitude for my involvement, but he also made plans to keep on sending me texts for translation.

I did not include a disclaimer into the client's document but in the body of my email while delivering my translation (together with a pair of words explaining related issues). This was perfectly understood and as I said, much appreciated.
