How to count number of tags in source files?

Client has some tags for vocabulary terms that translator needs to replace with translation of vocabulary term and formatting tags. Wordcount analysis does not include tags to be replaced with translations. How can I count these tags? Project is over 60K words, so manual counting is out of question.

It is in the report Apr 24, 2018

If you open a full analysis report from the Reports View you will see tag counts on the last column (Tags). Don't know if it is accurate though.
