14.1The Shareholders agreement will take effect for 3 years and more as mutually agreed on by the parties to this Agreement. During the 3 years, Shareholders are not able to withdraw unless due to valid circumstances. After 3rd years, the Shareholders could decide to continue, wind up or sell the Company to the 3rd Parties at Net Book Value and its Goodwill.
14.2Any Shareholders may withdraw from the Shareholding at the end of any accounting period after 3 years by giving the other Shareholders 90 days written notice of his/her intention to do so and find replacement to take over his/her Shareholding upon withdrawal.
14.3The withdrawn Shareholders must offer its share to their Shareholder first for a period of 1 month before it could officially offer to the 3rd parties after obtaining substantial votes.
15.Notices
15.1All notices between the parties provided for or permitted under this Agreement or by law shall be in writing and shall be deemed duly served when personally delivered to a Shareholder or, instead of personal service, when deposited in the Singapore mail, as certified, with postage prepaid, and addressed to the Shareholder at the address of the principal place of business or to another place that may from time to time be specified in a notice given pursuant to this paragraph as the address for service of notice on the Shareholder.
16.Consents and Agreement
16.1All consents and agreements provided for or permitted by this Agreement shall be in writing and a signed copy of them shall be filed and kept with the books of the Shareholders or Company.
17.Sole Agreement
17.1This instrument contains the sole agreement of the Shareholders relating to their Shareholding and correctly sets forth the rights, duties and obligations of each to the other in connection with is as of its date. Any prior agreements, promises, negotiations, or representations not expressly set forth in this Agreement are of no force or effect.

To make a recording, you start a recording session, interact with your application, and then stop recording. It helps to know in advance the kind of activity you want to record — for example, page loading, scrolling performance of a list of images, and so forth, and then stick to that script.
To make a recording:
Open the page you want to record.
Open the Timeline panel and start recording by doing one of the following:
Click the round record button at the bottom of the Timeline panel.
Press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+E, or Cmd+E on Mac.
The Record button turns red during a recording.
Perform any necessary user actions to record the desired behavior.
Stop the recording by pressing the now red record button, or repeating the keyboard shortcut.
Controllers
In Angular, a Controller is a JavaScript constructor function that is used to augment the Angular Scope. When a Controller is attached to the DOM via the ng-controller directive, Angular will instantiate a new Controller object, using the specified Controller's constructor function. A new child scope will be available as an injectable parameter to the Controller's constructor function as $scope.
Do not use controllers to:
- Manipulate DOM — Controllers should contain only business logic. Putting any presentation logic into Controllers significantly affects its testability. Angular has databinding for most cases and directives to encapsulate manual DOM manipulation.

v7 gridlayout library

[0001]According to a first aspect the present invention provides an apparatus for drying particulate matter, the apparatus comprising:
a saturated steam supply device for producing superheated steam; and
a fluidised bed dryer comprising:
a solids inlet for receiving particulate matter,
at least one steam inlet for injecting steam into the dryer so as to agitate and fluidise a bed of particulate matter proximal to the or each steam inlet,
heat transfer tubing positioned within the fluidised bed dryer and configured to pass superheated steam from the saturated steam supply device through the tubing to transfer heat to the particulate matter, and further configured to allow condensate within the tubing to flow under gravity back to the saturated steam supply device so as to effect a gravity assisted loop; and
a solids outlet for permitting particulate matter to exit the fluidised bed.
[0002]According to a second aspect the present invention provides a method for drying particulate matter, the method comprising:
delivering particulate matter into a fluidised bed dryer;
heating a saturated steam supply device so as to produce superheated steam for circulating within a gravity-assisted closed loop which comprises heat exchange tubing within the fluidised bed dryer configured to heat particulate matter within the dryer and further configured to permit condensate to flow under gravity back to the saturated steam supply device;
injecting steam into the fluidised bed dryer so as to fluidise a bed of particulate matter within the dryer; and
dried particulate matter exiting from the dryer.
[0003]In some embodiments of the invention, an enclosed circulating circuit is formed between the heat exchange tubing and the saturated steam supply device, and condensate forming in the heat exchanger circularly flows into the saturated steam supply device while the saturated steam supply device continuously provides the built-in heat exchanger with saturated steam.
