स्रोत पाठ - English 9.4. Employees are eligible to receive a Project Home Leave Travel Allowance for each authorized Home Leave/R&R in accordance with terms and conditions specified above in Section 4.5.
9.5. Since employees are eligible to receive a Travel Allowance, they are responsible for their own commercial travel arrangements between Dubai and their R&R destination. It is expected that employees purchase fully-refundable/changeable airline tickets in the event their leave dates are unexpectedly changed due to mission requirements, troop movements, scheduling conflicts, weather delays, equipment malfunctions, etc. Other than the employee’s standard Travel Allowance, the Company will not reimburse employees for non-refundable tickets, cancellation fees, change fees, or other travel expenses.
9.6. While on Home Leave/R&R, employees may utilize their accrued Period Leave, which will be paid at the Out-of-Afghanistan rate. Periodic Leave can only be used up to 40 hours when combined with Regular work hours. For instance, if an employee charged 34 Regular work hours, the employee can only take 6 hours of Periodic Leave.
9.7. It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure R&R leaves are scheduled and taken within the eligibility window. Any R&R leave not taken before the next eligible R&R leave date shall be forfeited along with the Project Home Leave Travel Allowance and other leave benefits.
9.8. The duration of a Home Leave shall be no greater than 21 consecutive days without prior approval of Project Management. The 21 days start the day after departing Afghanistan and end the day prior to the scheduled charter flight back to Afghanistan. Any time spent in Dubai to complete a Fit For Duty medical/dental examination is separate from the 21 day maximum.

Seasonal sales growth leads to seasonal increases in inventory and accounts receivable to support the higher sales level.
Seasonal financing needs increase/decrease directly with sales levels. They are created by the buildup of inventory before and during the surge period, and by the higher level of accounts receivable from sales during the surge period.
Seasonal sales growth can most effectively be financed by a line of credit or short-term draw note (short-term financing).
