As project manager, I was responsible for the concurrent end-to-end management of multimedia IT projects for national & international clients including public-sector bodies and EU organisations; reporting to clients and senior management; support during product roll-out; collaboration with international stakeholders; project costing; resourcing and management of internal and external teams (developers, copywriters, graphic designers, translators, testers, audio / video studios).
