zona livre de queda
Zona livre de queda é a altura de segurança mínima requerida que deve prever-se por debaixo de um sistema anti queda, evitando que o usuário bata no chão ou um obstáculo durante a detenção da queda.

Além disso, no primeiro link que postei em minha sugestão existe a seguinte fórmula para calcular a zona livre de queda, que me parece bastante similar à formula descrita no final da pergunta da Lilian:
Zona Livre de Queda = Comprimento do talabarte + Comprimento do ABS + Distância entre o pé do trabalhador e o ponto de ancoragem + Altura de Segurança.
