The order herein for the summary return of the children to Poland and all consequential orders and undertakings shall be stayed in the first instance until 12 noon on 6th October 2011. The stay will be ineffective after 12 noon on 6th October 2011 unless by then the Mother has lodged with the Court of Appeal an application for permission to appeal, a skeleton argument and all other relevant documents whereupon the stay will continue until the determination of the application for permission to appeal by the Court of Appeal or, if permission is granted, until the determination of the appeal.
