Nutzenentgang (Opportunitätskosten)
Ich denke, dass es sich um ein 'doppelt gemoppelt' im Text handelt und das 'missed' zuviel ist, denn: die 'opportunity cost' sind doch schon Kosten die durch entgangenen Nutzen von Kapital für andere Zwecke entstehen (Quelle: Zahn, 4th edition: Business Glossary)

: Nein, es geht nicht um nicht einkalkulierte Kosten, sondern um Kosten, die entstehen, weil man sich für eine und gegen eine andere Lösung (oder Methode) entscheidet.
