Bonjour,
Il s'agit de l'explication des méthodes de gestion des domaines viticoles dans l'histoire. Ici, il s'agit des demi-fermages "Halbpacht" où en plus d'une partie des récoltes les métayers devaient aux propriétaires des "intérêts du vin".
Je recherche donc la traduction de Zinsweinbergen et de Hofman.

Neben der Halbpacht gab es den „Weinzins“. Dabei musste der Pächter statt eines prozentualen Anteils eine festgelegte Menge Wein abliefern oder Geld bezahlen.

Zehent also has an important ritual significance in the production of kosher wine.
