English to Spanish Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals Clinical trial

Mi duda es con clock stop. Si bien vi en proz que se traduce como "parada de reloj", vi que esa traducción es para España y no sé si sería adecuada para Argentina. Alguna sugerencia?
