When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

3.1 CONTENUTO DELLA FATTURA
In fattura diventa obbligatorio indicare:
· il numero di partita IVA del cliente nazionale (che in
precedenza veniva generalmente indicato solo ai fini commerciali, pur
non essendovi un obbligo di legge);
· il numero di partita IVA attribuito da un altro Stato UE, nel
caso in cui il cliente sia stabilito in un altro Stato membro della
UE;
· il codice fiscale del cliente nazionale, se non agisce
nell’esercizio d’impresa, arte o professione.
Numero progressivo della fattura
Un’altra novità riguarda l’indicazione del numero progressivo della
fattura che la identifichi in modo univoco.
Rispetto alla disciplina vigente fino a tutto il 2012, la norma non fa
più riferimento alla numerazione progressiva per anno solare.
Sembrerebbe, tuttavia, che la fattura possa ritenersi univoca anche se
viene identificata in ragione dell’anno di emissione. In sostanza, la
fattura n. 1/2013 è univoca rispetto alla fattura n. 1/2014, emessa il
prossimo anno.
