Spanish term

estafa continuada y otros fraudes

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Honduras
This is a "denuncia criminal por la comision de los delitos de estafa continuada y otros fraudes". I'm trying not to repeat the word "fraud" but I'm having a hard time. Suggestions welcome.

Thanks.

[continued/ongoing] criminal deception/swindling and other acts of fraud

Not a lot of choices that I can see. The Oxford also offers embezzlement but that depends on the case. Hope these help.
Luck:-)

ongoing fraud and other types of fraud

According to the Guillermo Cabanellas de las Cuvas and Eleanor C. Hoague's Law Dictionary "estafa" is fraud, a generic term for crimes which casues loss of property by trickery or deceit

Here's one example from a search engine.

I think in this instance, you might have to repeat the word twice, since it includes ongoing fraud and other kinds of similar criminal activity, that is still fraud but not ongoing.
