Hansem Vietnam is looking for qualified freelance Medical Linguists to join our talent pool for upcoming remote projects.
Language: English <> Slovak, Italian, Czech, Estonian, Latvian, Slovenian, Norwegian, Polish, Turkish, Brazilian Portuguese
Domain: Medical / Medical Devices
Project Content:
• Medical device Instructions for Use (IFU)
• User manuals
• Other documents related to medical devices
Responsibilities:
• Translate and/or review medical and medical device content.
• Ensure translations are accurate, consistent, and comply with medical terminology.
• (Preferred) Perform back translation from the target language into English when required.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and one of the target languages listed above.
• A degree or professional certification in a medical-related field is mandatory (e.g., Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, etc.).
• Candidates must be willing to provide their degree or professional certificate for client verification upon request.
• Professional experience in medical or medical device translation is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Experience with CAT tools is a plus.
