Bio

I am a freelance/part-time translator for more than a decade while I am working in marketing field as a profession with 20-year experience.

Translation for me is more than an interest and offers me various lens to see the world other than business perspectives. I have worked on various fields in translation, mostly in subtitles for TV series with diverse subjects including cooking, art, science, and comedy.  Occasionally I worked on legal cases to help on the translation of registry case or terms and conditions in contract.  

For me, translation is an art of observation and expression with precision and affection.  Each translation project requires dedication in common but rewards unique experience.  One can travel from science to art, ancient history to modern technology, through the wings of linguistics.  Only a handful professions in the world offer such job and liberty. Translation could be one of them, if one can learn to appreciate the joy after hardships.

I enjoy every translation project I have worked on and look forward to exploring the world through the lens of translation.
