We are celebrating Christmas in style by having a Christmas special lunch at Zizzi's around 1 pm. After that we shall move to a nice cafe/pub where we can carry on chatting and celebrating.
There will be food, drink, Christmas crackers, mince pies and some Spanish turrones too!

Unless anybody says anything else by tomorrow lunchtime, I will change the booking to 10 people (9 confirmed + my plus one) and pay the corresponding £10 deposit per head, so if you want to add anyone else to the booking, let me know before then.

I've just talked to Zizzi's about the booking (it took me a while to get back to call me back) and have booked a table for 8 people. Because it's a Christmas lunch, they are very busy, so they will need us to tell them the final numbers on the week of the 9th November. Also, for any bookings of more than 8 people, we will have to pay a £10 deposit per person, so I really need to know for sure who is coming, otherwise we will lose the deposit.

Hi Trini, I'm really sorry but I will have to pull out at the last minute. We've got an event at my daugther's German school which will last longer than I thought it would, and I've just discovered that there's works on the train line between Bristol and Cardiff, which will make the journey twice as long. I'm really really disappointed I can't come. Please let me know how I can get the GBP 10 deposit to you - do you want to email me your details? I'm not at the Bristol powwow in the following we...
