Although I only found 2 references for "monthly queries report" online, a similar search for "monthly query report" gets over 300, which still isn't many.

"A monthly report must be kept of the queries and solutions or cases pending resolution for the clients (or community) visiting the office."

"Enquiry/inquiry" sound very formal to me. "Query" it shorter, and it's a more neutral term used, for example, in e-billing software to cover "Reclamos, quejas, consultas." By this, I mean it's slightly more euphemistic than "complaints/claims".

In practice, however, enquire, and the associated noun enquiry, are more common in British English while inquire (and the noun inquiry) are more common in American English, but otherwise there is little discernible distinction in the way the words are used.
