Where, however, damage is caused jointly by a Nuclear Incident covered by this Clause and by an emission of ionizing radiation not covered by it, nothing in this Clause shall limit or otherwise affect the liability, either as regards any person or entity suffering Nuclear Damage or by way of recourse or contribution, of any person or entity who may be held liable in connection with the emission of ionizing radiation.
