Hicham (Hisham)

At least, 'Hicham' is what it should be;
I read Arabic (sufficiently to answer), Andre and looked it up.
In Arabic 'wijs/wijsheid' is written with a 'k' - wortel is 'hkm'.

To answer your question about the pronounciation, I assume the \'sh\' pronounciation is simply a matter of palatalisation

Hisham / Hicham
