I hired Jorge to be an editor on for the Spanish translation of my book "Dive Into Design Patterns" (a book on programming). Jorge has been a great editor so far. It's pretty hard to find a person who has a combined strong language & programming skillset, but I managed to find it in Jorge. What I especially liked is that he was proactive in suggesting various improvements to the book content, unlike many editors with whom I worked before.
