A magazine about responsible pig farming and pork processing. Somehow, the bulk of my work has ended up being related to some aspect of livestock, whether farming or meat processing. I could never have expected that I would enjoy it so much. But the texts are almost always well written and provide interesting translation challenges. 1 user
