Most of the agencies I work with are smaller-sized. I like the close professional relationship I have built with some boutique agencies. Usually, they offer a more personalized approach, are less bureaucratic, more responsive, more friendly, more faithful, more flexible and even pay more promptly...

I don't work with agencies Oct 17, 2022

I used to work very occasionally with a couple of small agencies, one based in Barcelona and one in Murcia, but they haven't offered me any work for the past couple of years. When I was too busy to help them out, I recommended a couple of colleagues, who I believe still get the occasional job from them.

Quite a few are small, but part of a group of agencies. I definitely prefer the smaller ones, when they get bigger, they start robotising everything, making me feel like a robot too.
