I would go with your whey instead of casein. Whey is a type of serum protein, but whey and casein seems to be preferred by most writers.

Note from asker:
Hello and thank you for your answer I looked up and found that "Milk is made of two proteins, casein and whey. Whey protein can be separated from the casein in milk or formed as a by-product of cheese making." I found serum is "the fluid and solute component of blood which does not play a role in clotting. It may be defined as blood plasma without the clotting factor" Can I ask what do you think about my research comparing to your answer? Thank you very much |

: Casein, not whey. I was going to quote the same passage.
