This phrase is from an article that discusses the side effects of ceftriaxone:
"Figura 4: Tomografía axial computarizada abdominal donde se evidencia dilatación proximal del colédoco (flecha) y un cúmulo de microcálculos en *zona declive de la vesícula biliar* (círculo) dilatada y con engrosamiento de sus paredes."
I can't figure out what this refers to ... I don't know how to translate the word "declive" in this context. ¿What is the English version of this phrase?
