I'm not sure if there is a lack of punctuation but as it is, I am not understanding it.
I understand "negativo clínico y eléctricamente " to mean the results are negative, i.e. no coronary disease.
Does "realizada bajo efecto medicamentoso " mean that a drug was administered rather than the patient doing the test by way of physical exercisel?
