This expression is used in several cases to express "habidas y por haber", as follows: "Each party acknowledges and agrees that the other party has made no statement or representation as to the size of the market for the products that may be made or sold utilizing the licenses granted or to be granted hereunder"..

Quiere decir que vende, cede y traspasa con absolutamente todas las garantías que existen, que no queda ninguna afuera.

Aunque es cierto que es una expresion comun, al ser utilizada en un texto legal conviene traducirlo de la manera mas ajustada posible. Tal vez esto te sirva. :)
