Estoy traduciendo un contrato por servicios profesionales y una de sus cláusulas habla sobre el Porfesional Contratado el cual es una de las partes.
Este es un contrato por servicios prestados entre el Profesional y el Contratante. Entre las obligaciones del profesional contratado estan entre otras: observar y cumplir lo que se establece en este contrato, ajustarse a las indicaciones dadas por la Contratante, etc.

In that case I'd suggest "contracted employee". The key for me is avoiding the word "professional"

contractor's obligations
I don't think you need to translate "profesional" - in English, there are only two things you can be, a professional who does it for money, or an amateur who doesn't.
