Project report

: Audience suits a business context very well, but I'm not so sure about a community project evaluation context.

target populatons [being evaluated]
1.
In my experience, "target populations" is the usual term employed in English in such development contexts, and I don't think that the fact that "audiencias" is used in the Spanish obliges you to provide a translation of "audiences" (which I find strange in the extreme here, especially given that it has the unfortunate connotation of passivity which likely was not intended by the writer).
2.
If a group is a "target" of an intervention, then it is understood that it is "being evaluated" and therefore the latter element is redundant.
