I found an article, for which I provide a link below on "Osmelismo." In that article it states: "El 'osmelismo' es fetichismo." It goes more in depth, so I suggest that you take a look at the article. However, based on that, combined with mujerón, which is often used in reference to a very "hot"/attractive woman, I think that mujerón osmelistico is something along the lines of the women of fetishes, or the hot/ideal/beautiful woman on which fetishes are based... I think that's the idea. Hope this helps.
