no tenderness to palpation

You absolutely need to rephrase it.
Do not say: ...is not...

or "on palpation", both ok.

Hi Maria,

imponuje just means seems (or "signs of"), but you need to understand that doctors use templates. This is a standard wording that thry use when describing abdomen. If the person is unconscious, then this makes no sense anyway as palpation is always used to invoke a subjective response from the patient. As I said, this is part of the template so you may as well translate it as such. Alternatively, you may say "There seems to be (or better yet: "there are no signs of tenderness...") no tenderness on palpation. But thus is already "pushing it" a bt.

or even: "There is no evidence of...." This is standard wording, too.
Note from asker:
I would rather not ignore "imponovati" as person is unconscious and not able to provide any feedback to the doctor. That's why I think that the doctor has used this word 3 times in the text
Peer comment(s):

neutral Daryo : you could probably get away with just ignoring the "imponovati" part, or simply take into account what is the "clinical presentation" as starting point.

The way I phrased it is exactly the way an En-speaking doctor would write it. All else is improv :=)

Молим. Драго ми је ако сам помогао. Глагол „импоновати” значи и „остављати јак утисак”. Значи „не изгледа ми/немам утисак да постоји бол.”
Note from asker:
Hvala! Glagol imponovati mi je bio nejasan u ovom kontekstu
Peer comment(s):

neutral Pavle Perencevic : Not "looks like". The verb "appear" is commonly used for "imponuje" in such cases, as in "does not appear (to be) tender to palpation". Although, you can do away with "appear" altogether without much loss of of meaning.

Забога, зар није јасно из Маријиног одговора да њој у ствари није јасно значење речи импонује?
