One element you have to be very careful of: "copyright" is a concept form Anglo-saxon systems, "autorska prava" is a totally different concept; more on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright_law_of_France and also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Author's_rights
Strictly speaking you couldn't talk of "copyrighted work" in Serbia but of "protected work" - protected by laws on authors' rights.
