Entry into the court register means that conditions for establishing individual forms of business entities, especially companies, have been fulfilled and that the entered business entities can perform certain activities because at registration the existence of legal conditions is ascertained and legal protection and legitimacy of operation are protected. By entry into the court register, companies obtain the status of legal persons. Beside the ordinary variables, it comprises the structure of ownership for all legal persons that are subject of entry in the register in absolute values.

f) Subjekt upisa - poslovni subjekt, odnosno pravno lice čiji je upis obavezan po ovom zakonu. To je preduzeće osnovano s ciljem obavljanja privredne djelatnosti, zadruga ili zadružni savez i drugo pravno lice koje se osniva u skladu sa zakonima Brčko distrikta BiH, a s ciljem ostvarivanja profita. Subjekti upisa u smislu ovog zakona su i subjekti čiji je upis određen posebnim zakonom Brčko distrikta BiH;

f) Subject of Entry – business entity that is legal person whose registration is obligatory according to this law. It is a business company or the enterprise established with purpose of performing economic activity, cooperative or cooperative association and other legal person that performs economic activity, and is being established in accordance with special laws of entities and Brcko District, with purpose of creating profit;
