buy-out

I am dealing with these terms on daily basis for the past 12 years and the term is buy-out (whether it concerns grain, milk...). It always concerns the sale by farmers/agricompanies and purchase by processing or trade companies.

Other, second-best alternative is purchase, as Alekss states, but the above one is the one used by pros in this sphere.
