Есть разница между renounce, withdraw from и terminate? Или в данном контексте (когда договор уже заключен, стороны уже осуществляют дел. отношения) лучше использовать terminate?
спасибо!

terminate the agreement
To add to the R-words, you can also have "repudiate" or even "resile", but I think "terminate" is the simplest.

to terminate this contract
PONS English-German Dictionary
21 mins
terminate
withdraw from - отозвать. возможно даже сходно с аннулировать
terminate - расторгнуть
terminate - расторгнуть
28 mins
to withdraw from the present agreement/contract
Personally, I'm not sure that "terminate" is entirely accurate. If there are more than two parties involved in the contract then one party pulling out does not necessarily mean that the contract will be terminated. In many cases it might, but not in all I would imagine.
Hence, "withdraw" is my choice given that it implies that the contract will still be in effect for any other parties involved.
