quell' "ars conquistatrice" mi sembra un rimando più o meno consapevole ai celebri libri in cui Ovidio spiegava le arti della conquista (arti amatorie)... se il tuo contesto è davvero un po' art/literary, e quindi se te lo permette, potresti provare a tornare all'originale, sfoggiando così anche il tuo latino :)
