This is from a paper (full of typos) regarding the activity of two well known topical antiseptics.
"XXX e coll., ha infatti segnalato che la YYY al 4 % comporta una riduzione dei rotavirus sulle dita dei volontari paria quella data dall'acqua fontis ; successivamente ZZZ et al. hanno riferito che la YYY, associata ad un ammonito quaternario, ha eliminato uno dei due virus lipofili sottoposti alla loro attività, mentre è risultata inefficace contro due virus non lipofili."
I've found a few hits for "acqua santis" in google, but none in this context.
Because the paper has a whole slew of typos (see also above), I wonder if anyone knows this product and what kind of activity it has.
Also, if it is a typo, can anyone suggest the correct spelling?
