: ...credo infatti, come tu fai, si debba esprimere anche qualcosa di meno generico di "local"; tutte le ASL sono "local", ma non tutte "di appartenenza" di un dato soggetto

: I actually like this, as in UK terms Local Health Authorities had specific functions which may or may not be equivalent to those of the Italian ASLs, so avoiding the inference of a direct correspondence between the two types of organisation may be prudent
