The document is a notice introducing a medical device (smartwatch) into a clinical trial and thus discussing the manufacturer.

'Signature compliance report' doesn't seem to fit here.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

When you say 'discussing the manufacturer', what exactly does it say and who is it written by?

Firma doesn't normally mean company, but it could do here. It can also mean brand.

Grazie - I didn't know 'della firma' was wide enough to encompass and 'embrace a brand'.

Non volevo rispondere perché l'input viene da Phil ma ho deciso di inserirla perché il significato qui è firma in senso di brand, non signature. ;) e data la risposta che vedo.
