Medical (general)
Chest X-ray
This is in an X-ray report:
It's mainly the word "affastellata" that I don't understand and don't know how to translate. My dictionaries show "affastellamento" = muddle, jumble and "affastellare" = to bundle, pile up, heap up, hoard. I can't think, however, what this would be in the context of X-ray findings.
(And "retrocardiaca" = retrocardiac area/region, space I'm thinking.)
Thanks for your help with this new puzzle.

might be "crowding"

Was the image taken at full inspiration? Small lung volumes can produce vascular crowding and apparent mediastinal widening and atelectasis.
