What I suspected, so it must be documentary filming and not fiction, which makes Juliet's answer the best guess.

.. Thanks Jim. There is not much other context though. In general, the document is about the set up of a TV studio control room, so we are not talking about court. I hope that helps.

need to know what type of "testimonianza e servizo". In court, a testimonianza would be a "witness statment", but in other contexts just "what people said/saw/thought".
