Everythings depend of what kind of CONTRACT are you dealing with (you just mentioned it is a title. It would be helpful to know the title of which kind of contract ?)

It would be helpful to know to which kind of contract "your title" refers to for a focused reply. I've anyhow answered with possible translation options
