sorry sorry if wasn't specific enough. I find all your suggestions useful but I'm leaning towards Tom's initial suggestion of skipping it. It's completely redundant IMO. Consider some journalism jargon OK, that's helpful.

I think what you need here is some stock phraseology used in features journalism – IF that's appropriate. Is there a byline? If so, how about 'Joe Bloggs investigates' or 'Joe Blogs learns more' or 'Joe Bloggs gives the full picture'? It'd be a gloss, but ultimately (as Tom suggests) it's meaningless anyway – filler.

If there's no byline, how about simply 'Read on'?

Let me know what kind of article we're talking about, and I'll turn one of these into a real answer :)

Ah! I assumed it was a letter. Nevertheless I still stand by my suggestion. It may seem OK in Italian but in English it's absurd to publish an article introduced by the statement "we have received the following article and are pleased to publish it."<br><br> I have decided to make the preceding comment and I hope you are pleased to read it :)
