Visto che chiedi la sigla, che Michael riporta correttamente estesa in "Organismi d'Investimento Collettivo del Risparmio", ma non correttamente in inglese, che, per quanto ne so io è invece "Undertakings in Collective Investment", come anche nel caso di "Undertakings in Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (“UCITS”) "
La "s" minuscola nella mia sigla "UCIs" ovviamente indica il pluare da utilizzare in questo caso.

In the context "the managment of foreign investment funds on the Italian market" I think this is probably much clearer. When OICR appears on a balance sheet as a caption I translate it as collective investment instruments, which includes a lot of different types of investment funds, but here I don't think you want that obscure precision.
