notice to customers

Utente is the new Italian buzz word. If the people are in fact paying users, then I would call them customers.

good point jom. in fact everywhere i see the term "cliente" i put "customer". another cool thing at the mo is to put the first letter as a capital: ie. Cliente, Utente, and practiice which, of course, i ignore.
