It googles 124,000 times and I know that I've heard it before. I think you are right about second-hand goods - to me, that's what you buy at the Goodwill Shoppe or the consignment store. For equipment, used goods seems better and some of the first sites that come up are about used computers and instruments.

If you're sure it's only about equipment, I'd choose equipment rather than goods. Other possibilities for "goods" would be merchandise, products, articles.

Here in Mexico, they're "semi-new." I avoid "goods" unless it's for a contract or logistics text.
