the text is not very clear however here is my opinion: a financing loan by the controlling company is turned into an increase in investment in the controlled capital. This generates an increase in the shareholders equity of the controlled while at the same time reducing its liabilities (debts)this is very positive; spero ti sia d'aiuto, ciao, PC
