Italian term

è risultato avere

Italian to English Other Anthropology Sociology
PPT presentation on silence, which goes form abstract considerations of an anthropological and sociological nature to a more concrete discussion on the relative silence of moden household appliances. They did surveys on the concept of silence in Italy, Germany, Russia and Turkey:

"Il SILENZIO è risultato avere sistemi di relazione, spazi e tempi a volte diversi all’interno di ogni paese".

TIA for any useful suggestions.

It turned out that silence has.../silence turned out to have...

it emerged that silence...

As regards "avere", I have translated "To have", but there could be more better options for avere sistemi di relazioni

I would do this like this in the sense that they are talking about the findings of the survey.
