Personally I would go for the old "source-language-version-in-italics-gloss-in-English-in-brackets" solution.

I'm no expert on Belgium, but "région" appears to be a misnomer, as here it says "information about your municipality" (i.e. town hall/town/city): http://www.bruxelles.irisnet.be/en/citoyens/home.shtml

Doesn't it say Administrative District in my answer? (Re previous comment: whoah there on the paranoia, I know very little about Belgium and am glad to be set right, where applicable)
