I don't know if your hotel is part of the Hilton group but the phrase seems to fit the context....they are accumulative points awarded for each reservation.

No es mi sector, pero recuerdo haber visto la expresión (aunque siempre seguida de un condicional) para indicar que los servicios de cortesía (i.e., gratuitamente ofrecidos para los clientes que pagan tarifa completa) no están incluídos en una oferta de tarifa reducida o paquete.
